Office Management Clerk (m/f/d)
Your challenges
As an Office Management Clerk (m/f/d), you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks:
- Order processing: You process customer orders and ensure smooth processing.
- Organisation: You carry out operational organisation and office management processes.
- Commercial management: You use commercial management and control instruments.
- Buying and selling: You buy goods and sell them on.
- Consultancy and sales meetings: You plan and conduct meetings with customers and suppliers.
Optional qualifications
In the second half of your training, you will choose two optional qualifications from different subject areas:
- Order management and coordination
- Commercial management and control
- Commercial processes in SMEs
- Purchasing and logistics
- Marketing and sales
- Human resources management
Your strengths
- Secondary school leaving certificate: You have successfully completed school.
- Further qualifications: Additional qualifications are an advantage and will be gladly considered.
- Organisational talent: You are well organised and can manage several tasks at the same time.
- Communication skills: You have strong communication skills and can advise customers competently.
- Ability to work in a team: You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
